Motors getting 12 volts instead of 24

Hi guys,
I’m having a problem.
I have a sibertooth 2x32 controller that I’m concocting to him 2 200 watts motors.
The System running on 24 volts and operated by analog joystick.
The thing is that the motors are running weak and slow then I expected.
When I’m checking the output from the controller to the motors with DVM,
the current is 12 volts instead of 24 volts.
I checked the parameters with the software, and everything looks ok…
But maybe I need to change something that I don’t think about.
The joystick is using 2.5 volts in the center, and go up to 5 volts when I push it to the max,
and to 0 when in the opposite direction (I don’t know if it’s ok or not… I thought it should give 5 volts in every direction)
I will most appreciate if you can help me figure it out.
Arik

Hi Arik,

If you selected the right mode and settings with your DIP switches, you should be able to reach the full voltage at the output.
Please verify in the user manual HEREand with the Wizardfor the switches.

All the best,
