Motors do not work

Hi,

I just assembled my DFRobotShop Rover. When I turn it on I get 6 blue lights, 1 red pwr light, and two pairs of alternate blinking green and red lights. What do the blinking lights mean? I’ve made sure all my electrical connections are correct. Once I turned it on and one motor worked, but then after I turned it off and on, it no longer worked.

Can you provide an image or two of the setup? The blue LEDs are only aesthetic, and the others are for power and communication.
There is sample code loaded on the board, but you should really upload your own.
