I bought the mini-rover. It has an Elegoo Arduino Uno R3 with the DFRobotshop Rover shield V1.0. If I turn it on with the flexable track off the wheels, the motor turns. If I put the track on, there isn’t enough torque torque to turn the wheels. I have the 3.7V 2000mAh battery. I’ve tried it plugged in on a 9V charger and it still doesn’t have enough torque to turn the wheels with the track on. What can I do?

A couple of things need to be verified.
]You said you connected the LiPo to a 9V charger, can you explain how and maybe provide pictures ?/:m]
]Make sure the tracks have the right number of teeths and the gearbox is build with the right configuration.[list]
]Those gearboxes have multiple gear ration and output shaft location./:m]/:m][/list:u]
