Motor torque

Can anyone tell me what formula I would use to figure out how heavy of a load a robot would be able to carry based on the torque of the motors?

I am trying to use continuous servo’s to pull about a 5-10 lbs load, but am not sure on what torque I would need to get on the motors. Would it be better to use DC motors rather than servos for a load of that size?

Voila:

And the equations:

Rearrange the equation to solve for M.

Continuous rotation servos are not very powerful and best used on robots which weigh less than ~4-5 pounds.
