does RB-Sct-1013 come in a version with an encoder?
can I run it on 24V - if so what happens

ps- causing me to register and not having proper phone support for sales questions seems to be counter productive
Unfortunately there is no version with an encoder. The operating range is 6V to 12V and applying 24V might burn it within microseconds.
