Hi folks,
I try to generate a wiggling motion using a stepper motor.
With following parameters:
+/- 15 degrees
2 Hz frequency
I don’t have much torque on the axis, around 30g/cm.
Currently I’m using this motor:

But it doesn’t reach the desired 15 degrees at 2 Hz, 0.8 Hz is about as much as I get out of it. I[font=Calibri, sans-serif][size=2]t doesn’t accelerate fast enough and if I’ve found increasing the acceleration just causes it to miss steps.[/size][/font]
Can you please recommend a good replacement? Ideally I’d like to run it with the same control board and ideally in an ideal world it should have the same axis diameter.
