I am new to the building of robotics. I am trying to build my first robot: two wheels(2" diameter) and one roller. We needs to run our robotic max speed of 2 to 2.5 feets per secound speed. It will weigh around 3 labs once built. We are in trouble to figure out which motors to be used. We figure out that with 2" diameter wheels we need 300 rpm motor to run max speed of 2.5 feets per secound. My problem is all these motors are rated for no load rpm. How does it change with 3 labs load? If anybody have idea to suggest me good motor I appreciate that.
