I bought a motor driver from these people it is defected right out of the box . I sent them a video showing them that it was defective, I’ve tried to return this item I paid $120 for a motor driver that is no good and all… all I get is the runaround from these people . no one will actually tell me where to send this part back to… I’ve got it in the box and ready to go back to the factory, I called the number and the lady just gave me the runaround on the phone… said she would send me an email so I could mail it back … the email she sent me just more running around . I am a very angry customer , I’m stuck with $120 part that is no good to anyone. and I have no way to return it. I feel they’re going to give me the runaround until my 30-day return window closes . and then I won’t be able to return it at all . I don’t think I will order from these people again , if they don’t take this part back . and figure something out to get me one that works… I was looking forward to working with the company, but not if they’re going to treat me this way…
