Motor direction 4WD omnibot nexus RB-NEX-06

Hi, I bought the 4 wheel omnibot and the 4 wheel meccanum robot. The meccanum robot will move left, right, fwd, back rotate left and rotate right. The omnibot (which has wheels on the corners at 45°) will move in all directions except rotate. If i lift the robot i see when i ask for rotate the wheels are fighting each other. I cannot see anything in the arduino libraries to differentiate between the robots, both use OMNI4WD library. I have spent a long time searching for answers but I cannot see how both robots with different wheel layouts and types can use the same library/class to move correctly. Please can someone suggest what can be wrong? thank you very much.

Hi Michael,

They indeed use the same library in the code provided by the manufacturer.
What’s the issues exactly with your RB-Nex-03 ? There is another example available HERE as well.
