Hi,
Last night I opened my Arduino TIAN board. and configured it. then after 5 to 10 minutes I touched the board an the metal shield was quite hot.
All the features of the board seam to work expect it over heats in 5 to 10 minutes.
I am using a Samsung 2Amp table charger for power supply.
How would I go about getting warranty. Invoice number 555102.

It is possible the metal gets hot since it also acts as a heat sink. If you suspect it’s too hot and there is an issue, though the board is still functional, we would need to refer to the manufacturer. The procedure would be to post on the Arduino forum, which we see you have already done: arduino.org/forums/tian/arduino-tian-getting-hot-1713
Should you not hear back from the manufacturer, we can contact them on your behalf. For returns / exchanges, please e-mail us at [email protected]
