I was trying to play around the flowbotics and I opened the SSC-32 sequencer from flowbotics and this is what I did so far, now if I only can save this configuration permanently, that would be awesome, do you think I can change the configuration and save it like that, so when I load the program the humanoid shape always appear , thanks

Yes it is. But, where you are changing it is not in the GUI but instead in the development interface.
To be able to change the the look of the GUI or placement of its components, you need to edit what is called the Front Panel.

so can I export the file to be used as exe, every time I click on create app store, it gives me error message saying you cant export the content since it contain proprietary for flowbotics studio.
like can I have this modification of the panel that I made exported to be a standalone software ? or it needs to be used within flowbotics studio ?
This means you are using proprietary parts, such as the sequencer. While you are allowed to use these in your app (in FBS), you cannot export them to .exe as they are owned by RobotShop and not open for redistribution.
