Model 4210 not charging

Hi New to the forum. But have fixed our 4210 a few times. Thanks for your time and help.
My 4210 is not charging.
The battery is 6 months old and has been working fine.
The charger light (power supply) is on and has 22VDC at the plug.
My dock light with power light on has 4.3VDC at the connections.
When docked the dock light blinks fast.
I cleaned the dock and 4210 connections with an pencile eraser and have the same results.
Battery is not charging on the dock, or with power supply.
Plugged the power supply directly into the 4210 and it does not charge.
I pulled the battery and it is around 4.3VDC.
I charged the battery with a 12VDC tricked charger and the results was 12.6VDC.
I ran the 4210 with this charge for 15 minutes.
I placed the 4210 back on the dock and the 4210 power light was amber and pulsating, but the docked light was flashing fast.
I plugged the 4210 directly into the power supply and left it over night. in the morning, no lights on the 4210 at all pushing the power light.
I Rechecked the Power supply and dock voltage with the same results as above.

@mljwire, It looks like the motherboard is defective and might have to be replaced. It could also be the battery itself that is defective.

Thanks, Josue,
The battery charged with my 12vdc trickle charger and the unit ran, so I was thinking it was ok although I do not have a load tester.
