Missing parts

I recently bought a Tri track chassis chassis kit with no electronics and I started to build it. The online assembly says I need to use 12 Nylon hex sprockets and attach them to one of the bases, later I have to take the cut plastic pipes and put them over the nylon sprockets. First of all, I don’t have enough sprockets, I was given 4 Nylon sprockets and 18 aluminum ones. Second of all, the plastic pipe coverings are to long to use on the Nylon sprockets. It seems like the online assembly doesn’t follow what the kit actually has? Please need help.

We confirm that you purchased RB-Lyn-212, the Tri-Track with no electronics:

The assembly guide can be found here:

Correct. Each sprocket comes in two halves. There are three complete sprockets per side for a total of 6 sprockets (12 halves)

You put the nylon bushings (plastic pipes) over the hex spacers, not over the sprockets (last part of step 7, shown in the image)

There should be six pairs of sprockets included in the kit. Can you confirm you are talking about the hexagonal standoffs?

The nylon bushings go over the hex standoffs, not over the hubs or the sprockets.

Sorry i must have misread the guide, the hexagonal spacers, i have aluminum and nylon ones. The way I understand it they get snapped or cut into two pieces each? Then the brushings go over the standoffs?
