Mirobot movement issue

WLKATA 6-axis mini robot arm seems to have developed movement issues. I am using the (x,y,z) co-ordinates to pick up a block and move it to a different location. It picks the block up but when the arm moves to the destination co-ordinates it places the block near the given location. Instead of placing block at x=50, y=200 the place is placed at x=50 y=190. Seems to be an issue with y-axis.
We have recalibrated the robot arm but this issue is persisting.
Please can anyone advise on how we can fix this issue
