I purchased a WowWee Miposaur for Christmas. After installing fresh batteries in both the robot and the trackball, I tried to get the Miposaur to stand (i.e., balance on its wheels.) Every time I try this the robot rocks back and forth until its spins uncontrollably, often falling on it’s side. When the robot is resting (front or back), it will rarely respond to hand commands. Also, the robot will indicate which mode the trackball is in (with the light on the back), but it will not follow the ball in leash mode, or chase the ball in ball mode? Is my robot defective, or am I just doing something wrong?
