My daughter received a Mio the Robot for Christmas but unfortunately she snapped one of the two wires which is attached to the led eye lights, I did try to solder it but with no success.
Can you please tell me if you can buy spare parts for this robot?
I’d really appreciate any help you can give.

We generally don’t have any spare parts for Clementoni products.
Maybe you can send us few photos of the defect so we can see better what’s the problem?
