I RECEIVED A “MINT” AUTOMATIC FLOOR CLEANER AS A GIFT. AFTER USING THIS ITEM, I ASKED THE PERSON THAT GAVE IT TO ME IF THEY COULD GET THEIR MONEY BACK. . . .
IT DOESN’T WORK LIKE IT SHOULD. THE STORE, BED BATH & BEYOND, SAID THEY WOULDN’T TAKE IT BACK. SO NOW I HAVE A 25 LB. PAPER WEIGHT. IS THERE ANY OPTION OR WAY TO RETURN IT?

RobotShop provides a lifetime warranty for all our domestic robots but in this case, it seems that you purchased yours elsewhere so we cannot really help you.
