Hello.
I have three Mint+ 5200 machines, all with charging issues. Is there a part I can purchase & replace to solve the problem? After searching online several times, the issue seems to be a common theme for this machine. I’ve tried several other machines and this one cleans the best so I would like to fix it if possible given that the purchasing another would simply leave me in the same position after six months.

Have you replaced your batteries in your mints? You can also perform a reset procedure, pres the power button and hold than press the sweep and mop button and hold all at once until your hear a distinct sound. This could help, also replacing the batteries if it hasn’t been done.
Yes, I have replaced the batteries as well as tried the reset procedure recently after reading about it on some message boards. The reset only works on two of the machines and make the blue/red flash quickly until another button is selected. Regardless of leaving the buttons flashing or hitting a button to make them stop flashing the same unsuccessful result occurs and the machines do not charge.
Machine 1 - plug it into the port, power button flashes red indicating charging for 5 seconds then goes steady blue. Battery does not charge.
Machine 2 - plug it into the port and power button alternates with on/off sounds red/blue as if bad connection. Battery does not charge.
Machine 3 - plug it into the port and the center of the three small front sensor lights goes red with an error style beep. Battery does not charge.
It’s interesting to say the least.
In this case we would recommend to replace the motherboard in all three units.
