is there a mini lidar that could be strapped to the bottom of a 249g drone ?

Would that unit scan the ground and topsoil to reveal things not obvious to normal sight, and store that info on an SD card to look at later ?
According to product description, it can be used with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for ground surveying, obstacle detection, and terrain following. But I don’t see it has optional SD card.
