Mini atom bot board and Atom28

Hi… sorry for my bad english… from yesterday evening I have some
problem with my basic mini atom bot board and basic atom 28 micro
Connection serial to board dont work… program say me to check
connection and power. All is ok… I think that maybe I break
something. But how I can know if is problem of board or is a micro?
Yellow led of power 9v on board is ok but now when I dont give 5v
power to board nothing happen… before I see red led on it if I dont give 5v.
I dont know what I must do? I look setup of serial and put default but
again dont work. I think is hardware problem.
Can someone help me?

You said you have to put 5vdc on the board to get it to work. Did you damage the voltage regulator?

If you did damage the voltage regulator I do not know what else has been damaged.
