Migrate from RS232 to USB on PIC board

I have one devide basic on PIC this device used a RS232 port to connect one serial scanner, but now I need migrate to USB port the adaptor with FT232 micro will be the solution to it, thank in advance.

Hello @Kalandraco and welcome to the forum,

I guess because you were using a serial scanner that connected to the RS232 port you had an RS232 to UART (TTL) converter to make the connection to the PIC. If you now need to use USB instead of the RS232 you can use the PL2303 USB to UART Adapter Board, if you need to use a micro USB you can use the one you mentioned or you can also find other options in the Serial TTL / CMOS section of the store.
