Microcontroller gyro pnumatic linear actuator control

Im trying to create a system of two pnumatic actuators that quickly push a weight depending on which direction a gyro tilts.
A anti tip system of sorts on a mobile unit.

I would like to push about 35-45 lbs if possible.

Im very new to robotics, and know very little about pneumatics.
What parts do I need to construct the system?

I know I need a microcontroller (arduino), gyroscope, linear actuators, weights, air hoses, air tank. What else is needed?
