Micro universal joints with little to no play

I bought some micro universal joints off Ebay (something like this), and while they are probably fine for a driveshaft, I’m trying to use them as a robot joint for a cable driven system (of sorts). The problem is the joint I have is far too loose for my liking, both in the axial and parallel axes. Could anyone recommend me a similarly sized UJ with tighter tolerances, or am I going to have to try printing my own?

Note that I can’t really use this design as the joint will be under a fair bit of tension due to gravity (so I think they will just unclip themselves), and increasing the arc length restricts the joint limits too much.

Thanks!

@RalphieRaccoon Surprised there is any play in the universal joint. Try this: https://www.mcmaster.com/universal-joints
