Message error: rps sensor nb 4000 or 4001 or 4002

Hello,

My neato XV signature don’t work. It stop after several second with the message error nb:4000 or 4001 or 4002 !!! It seems to be the Rps sensor.
I cleaned the RPS sensor with pressurized air and also with tips and alcohol. No improvement.
I have also update the robot (release 3.2 to 3.4). No improvement

What can I do ?

Upon turning your robot on you can give a quick look inside the turret, if the laser is not spinning than an RPS sensor replacement must be performed. If you purchased your robot with RobotShop you can contact the Support Center to see if your robot is under the 5-year warranty.
