Can i connect my Mega servo (HS-805BB) directly into the SSC-32U servo controller ?
Because when i connect that , my servo controller is not getting powered .

Yes, you can connect the 805BB to the SSC-32U directly. It is important to know what else you have connected and how you are powering the SSC-32U. Note that you cannot only use USB power - you need an external power supply capable of providing the current needed.
I am powering the SSCU 32 using power adapter as well as connected o USB . All servo s works fine except for Mega servo . When this is conneced , the SSCU32 powers off . Is it because the servo is damaged or something ?
I require this servo as i am using he al5d arm . 
The mega servo HS505BB is provided with a Y harness . Should that be used ?
Can you tell how the mega servo has to be connected to the SSC32U ?
You do not need the Y harness. Can you provide a few images of your setup?
Do you have a standard AL5D robot arm? The more information you can provide the better.
