I have some questions about the MechaTE Robot Hand (Product code : RB-Cus-01) from RobotShop.
-What kind of shafts/springs used to connect the servos with the fingers? and how you connect them?
-Where can I buy those shafts/springs?

Well, I am currently on a project to make an animatronic robotic hand with hand gesture control.
After searching from various sources, I have my interest in the design of MechaTE Robot Hand. My plan is to design the my hand similar to it.
As for the hand gesture control, I plan to use a glove attached with 5 Flex Sensor, and control the robot hand through wireless.
It would be a great help if you could give me some references about the hand design or the project.

Welcome to the RobotShop Forum.
- Most of the MechaTE robotic hand is custom built, including the shafts. The springs are standard and were likely chosen for their inside diameter. The blue ball joint at the end is production.
- You should be able to find most of the parts at online hardware sites such as McMaster-Carr.

It sounds like you are essentially designing a sensor feedback glove to operate a “human” robotic hand wirelessly. You will basically need a servo controllerwith serial input. Having the parts professionally laser cut would save you a lot of time.
