Our company has purchased a set of 10" mecanum wheels from another company, after testing these wheels the amount of noise generated was more than anticipated. I began taking apart a roller and discovered the play between the shaft and the sleeve bearing (pressed into the roller) was 0.05" causing the sleeve bearing to “click” against the shaft for every roller transition.
I am looking into RB-Nex-45 by Nexus Robot and would like to know if the bearings pressed into the rollers are ball bearing or sleeve bearing.
