I have several 80mm mecanum wheels which have a hex hole at the back to connect to a motor. I also have several motors, some with 5mm “D” shafts, and some with 5mm Ovoid(ish) shaped shafts. Does anyone know where i can get a coupling (brass or otherwise) that I can use to connect the wheels to the motors please ? Particularly to the “D” shaft motor.

We need to know the mounting pattern on these wheels so we can provide you with the correct hub to connect them to the motors.

Hi Ebram,
Please find attached a photo of the components I’m using.
The hole in the mecanum wheel is hexagonal and measures 7mm point to point, and is 10mm deep.
The shaft of the Nema17 is “D” shaped and has a diameter of 5mm.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a hub with such dimensions, the closest one to this is 12mm in diameter, not 7mm:
You can try fabricating a 3D adapter for the wheel and motor specifically.
