I would like to know which ones of the M1,M2,M3 and M4 pins go to the positive pin of the DC motor and which ones go to the negative pin of the motor. I searched a lot in the wiki and datasheet but I did not find anything about it.

I’ve checked also product info, pictures and electrical scheme, and yes you are right, it is not stated where to connect + and - of the motor.
But, if it is a DC motor, it shouldn’t matter where you connect the positive or negative terminals since inverting the pins will simply cause the motor to rotate in the opposite direction. Motor manufacturers include + and - to indicate (in the user guide) the direction of rotation when using that polarity.
