mBot not connecting to PC

We bought a Makeblock mBot v1.1 Blue STEM Educational Programmable Robot (Bluetooth) Product Code : RB-Mab-137.

However it doesn’t connect to our PC laptops or MAC computer.

Do we need to buy MakeBlock 2.4G Wireless Serial Module for mBot Product Code : RB-Mab-127?

Hi,

If your computer has a Bluetooth interface, then you should be able to connect without any extra hardware. Did you check out this tutorial video already?
If it still does not seem to connect, we recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly for support. You can do so here.
