with what product do you recommend to that?
i was thinking about the Devantech DS2832 32x16A Ethernet Relay
is it possible to daisy chain it somehow? do you have an application note?

It depends on the lights you are going to be using, for example if you are using small LED lights and need to be able to dim them you could use a PWM driver, like this one:
If you are using higher amperage light bulbs the relay you suggested is a great option!
