since you posted it in the Robot toys section, can we assume you want to built a scaled down version of this?
It’ll be difficult to shop all the parts individually and combine them. You maybe find the gears in RC-car differentials, but the dog-box style drive shaft is a different story.
An RC-modell outboard motor most probably runs electric and won’t need such reverse gear.

Yes, I want to build a down scale model. I’ve been looking at the rc cars differentials and that would make up for 50% of it, but I need a gearbox of some kind to make, in this case, the shaft that connects to the differential always spin in the same direction, independently if both wheels are moving clock or anti-clock wise.
