The program is called “Marilou” and lets you build, program and simulate pretty much anything. (haven't found a way to fly yet :P )

I have been playing with the thing for a few days, it’s pretty much the best thing I have ever seen for getting started.
(no, I don’t work for the company or stand to gain anything, just thought you guys might like to know :)
It also includes a bunch of samples, tutorials and online help.
