I somewhat recently ordered a Sabertooth 2X12 and have just now gotten around to using it. However, the motors I have wired to it haven’t been responding when it recieves a pulse command. So I checked the dip switch setting and wiring etc. yet it still didn’t work. The Status 1 LED light turns on when I apply power yet still no response from the motors. Eventually I switched out that sabertooth with another one that’s a couple of years old. It worked as expected.
P.S.
After closely examining the two controllers I noticed that they had different physical appearances. I bet its highly unlikely that the newer Sabertooths work any differently but I’m just putting that out their.
