Makeblock Orion Microcontroller not detected

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
I recently bought a Makeblock Orion Microcontroller and I tried to connect the board over USB into MAC and Windows machine and no luck on that, there is no available port, I have tried the following:

  1. Remove all the shields.
  2. Install the CH340 and CH341 drivers.
  3. Install Arduino drivers for serial ports.
