Makeblock Mcreate 3d Printer issue

I recently purchased the Makeblock Mcreate 3d printer. After putting it together, downloading Cura, installing the Makeblock Cura Plugin, I have run into an issue. The Mcreate will not read any files on the USB I put into it. After saving print files onto the USB from Cura, I will insert the USB into the printer and the printer will not see any files on the USB. I can’t print anything. At this point, I haven’t been able to print a single thing yet. I am at a loss on what to do. I have tried 3 different USBs and two different computers and nothing changes. Please help!

Please check this video to see if there’s a step you are missing:

If that’s not the case, then it’s possible that there’s a defect in the printer and in that case we can help you get it fixed.
