I need to replace the barrel plug. What size is it. It is not the same as on other arduino boards 55x21
The barrel connector on the mCore Controller of the MBot is 4.75mm (OD) x 1.75mm (ID) Barrel Connector.
Can you verify that size? How can I send you a picture comparing the connector on the mbot and the megapi (55x21). The mbot barrel connector is considerably smaller both outside and inside dimensions.
On my multi adapter DC/AC kit, the mbot one is close but not exact to the 3.5x1.35 connector in the kit.

The closest male connector that we used to test it with the female barrel connector on the mCore Controller was a 4.75mm (OD) x 1.75mm (ID) male barrel connector. This should work.
I am worried that if I attempt to use a plug that is too big, that it may arc.
I have attached two pictures. Each shows the plugs left to right of mbot, the 3.5x1.35 from my DC/AC kit and the megapi plug.
To confirm, we have contacted Makeblock and asked for the reference of the barrel connector used on the mCore. We will post their reply here.
We have received Makeblock reply regarding the barrel connector of the mBot. It is a 3.5 x 1.1mm barrel connector.
