I wanted to know if I can laser engrave text on a 100% polycarbonate card, with the Makeblock Laser Engraver.

According to the manufacturer, the laser can work with different materials but doesn’t provide examples regarding yours.
It should be able to burn / engrave on your material but might not give the exact same result found in your video.
