Makeblock kit missing critical part

My new mBot Ranger is missing a part, and Makeblock is not returning support requests.

I paid $70 for overnight shipping from RobotShop, so as you can imagine it’s frustrating to shut down the build because of defective parts. Specifically, one of the 4 brass stand-off bolts for the Arduino board wasn’t tapped- there are no threads.

  1. How do I get a replacement
  2. How long will this take

Any assistance you can offer would be great. And yes, my daughter’s disappointment is exacerbating my frustration with Makeblock.
