Make A4WD1 wheel base wider?

Hi all!

I just want to extend my Lynxmotion A4WD1 base with a special “Flipper arm”, like for example here:

Todo this in an easy way I need to make some space between the wheels and a robot itself, but I was not able to find sutable hex wheel extenders, they all seems smaller… are there anyone who can help?

The design of the A4WD1 does not really accommodate for this - so whatever you do it will need quite a bit of customization.
