Hi! my xl dosent respond when plugged in, there is power to the machine but no action except for all axces to lock up when power is applied to machine.

my shapeoko dosent respond when i plug it in. all the axes lock up but nothing else happens when i plug it in. i have checked everything and all is good.

According to this instruction, https://docs.carbide3d.com/shapeoko-faq/power-supply-usage/ , do you have a green light on on power supply and blue light on on the controller board?
I am still waiting for a reply to my problem. The machine ( XL ) does not respond when plugged in. There is a green light on the power brick, and a blue light on the control board when it is plugged in but nothing else happens
