M100rak robot arm assembly questions

I have recently purchased the m100rak robotic arm kit from your website and while i was putting it together i found that the part i needed to screw in would not line up with the holes because the part seemed slightly too big. I have been attempting to assemble the robotic arm based on the video instruction guide from robot shop on youtube. I am currently on steps approximately 16-20 and when i go to screw. i tried passing through the shoulder bracket hub as it says and as i try to get it into the screw holes on the clamping hub i realized the wholes were not in the correct position to attach it. I saw on the building instructions on the paper copy there were a couple of changes to the video but they didnt seem to help me with this problem of trying to fit the screws into this. If it is possible it would help to have a paper version of the instructions because it is fairly difficult to assemble using the youtube video. Please help us with any information possible as soon as you can because we are hoping to finish the assembly as soon as possible.

Thanks to anyone who helps!

here is a couple of pictures to help show what we have. The holes on the top of the black arm thing dont line up with the screw holes on the clamp to attach. Thanks a lot of all of the help. If you do decide to ship us a replacement part I can give you my address but i would prefer to have a way of sending it privately to you so no one else can look it up and see it on the web. Thanks again!

Ya i dont have any of the .625" i only have the one that i am showing you in the picture where the holes don’t line up.

I thinks if you do decide to ship us a replacement part I can give you my address but i would prefer to have a way of sending it privately to you so no one else can look it up and see it on the web . wish you success .

You likely have the V1.5 arm - can you provide an image of the two parts which do not align? We will likely send a replacement. The V1.5 is an intermediate arm since the V1 was discontinued and the V2 is not yet available.

The clamp in the image should be the one used on the large metal gear. The holes on the metal gearbox onle need to be used to connect the base rotate to the shoulder rotate. You should have a different hub to do this.
See steps 17 to 19 in the video below:

This hub is only to distance the large gear on the shoulder so it does not contact the large gear in the base (essentially a spacer). It looks like the hub in the picture is 0.77" whereas the one you need is 0.625"

Ok. Please contact us via the RobotShop Support Center -. Exchanges / Returns department. Include your invoice number, and a link to this post. You will need 1x RB-Sct-95. Can you see if any other parts are incorrect or missing? We apologize for any inconvenience.
