Lynxterm download

I have recently purchased the lynxmotion servo erector set v1.1. Have some experience with VEX but non with lynxmotion. Very much a novice. Have assembled the AL5D robot arm. Tried to test the SCC-32 board but cant get the lynxterm software to download. current completely dead in the water. Where to go next?
Please help! The message we get when we try to down load the software is:
