Maybe some of you already know but I’m pretty sure it’s new for some of you.

Some (may I say crazy) fokes are ‘downloading the internet’ for a long time. Not really sure how it works but it looks like the guys from waybackmachine started in 1996 with backuping a lot of internet sites. There archive is free to take a look in. So if you search for lynxmotion.com you’ll find most of the changes from 1996 up till now.

PS. The first archive from ebay is dated 1997. Looks like Jim has been around around even before ebay was born. :smiley:

This is amazing. I wonder how it works? I doubt the wayback machine was around back then so I wonder how is it able to get old information?

I’m just wondering about the logo. Is that representing a robotic arm in motion? And where does the lynx come from?

The logo was designed to show motion, but not necessarily an arm. My early intentions were to have a series of robotics based on big cat names. It just never panned out that way. So that’s the history, as uninteresting as it is. lol :smiley:
