I’m designing a system that requires 2 grippers to hold a paper, lift it, rotate it 180 degrees (on the other side completely) then move and position it to another place. will the [h1]Lynxmotion Wrist Rotate Upgrade (Light Weight)[/h1][h4]Product Code : RB-Lyn-273[/h4]
do? do you have any recommendations as to how I might do so.

Note:moving the paper after rotation is not a must. I can find another way to move the whole gripper somewhere else using a ball screw with a motor or something.

RB-Lyn-273 includes just a wrist bracket and servo. In addition to this, you would also need the gripper and a gripper motor, as well as the wrist rotate servo and potentially a bracket:
