When I first reviewed the November CTP of Microsoft Robotics Studio, I was excited to see a service and samples for the SSC-32 and Lynx arms included. I never got time to check that out, as I was on the road for a month, and when I got back I installed the release version of Microsoft Robotics Studio.
Much to my chagrin, all signs of support for Lynxmotion products was missing from version 1.0, even though Lynxmotion is listed as a Microsoft partner for MRS.
What’s the tale here, is this still in the works, maybe it just isn’t ready for prime time yet? If not, does anyone know where I could get a copy of the version that was in the November CTP?
If not I’ll just have to write my own, but I’d rather not be duplicating effort when I don’t need to.
I just received word that the drivers have been updated and will be available directly from us. We will post here when the files are ready for download. Give us a few days. Sorry for the confusion, I didn’t even know.
We have a Microsoft Robotics Studio developer. He is about a month behind in the new release. I was expecting to have the updated wad with instalshield last week. We will post here when it is ready. The new version has lots of additional features. I can olny request that you wait a little longer.
