A question for Robotshop UK sales department:
I’m thinking about purchasing the Lynxmotion Servo Erector Set V1.1 and have some questions:
Which SSC-32 servo controller board is included, is it the RS232 RB-Lyn-100] or the USB RB-Lyn-850] one?
Are the following items compatible with the kit:
Lynxmotion Wrist Rotate (Heavy Duty) RB-Lyn-272
Resistive pressure sensor RB-Lyn-624
Sharp GP2 IR distance sensor & 8" cable RB-Lyn-468
Bracket for GP2 IR sensor RB-Lyn-75
Hi,
The current RB-Lyn-656 kits are using the SSC-32. That being said, it could be replaced with a SSC-32U (actually, it would most likely be an improvement!).
As for all 4 other questions regarding compatibility, they are all compatible with the Lynxmotion Servo Erector Set.
If you wish to buy the SES kit and have a SSC-32U instead, please contact us through our support center and we’ll figure out a way with you for this to happen. Just make sure to add a link to this topic for reference!
