Is this product still being supported? When I try to download the FTC it would not let me saying flyingeinstein.com has configured their website improperly?

Do you have a print-screen of the actual error you get ?
The FCT is available to download either on FlyingEinstein or RobotShop and both links seems to work at the moment.
