HI,
I am having issues linking up the wireless playstation controller bought from Robotshop as part of a ps2 bundle with the Lynxmotion A4WD1.
I can communicate with the BotBoarduino board and program it successfully. Lights/sound/servo commands/ etc all work.
I cannot get the PS2 (v3) as described here: lynxmotion.com/driver.aspx?T … 2-versions to work at all.
I have removed the numbers JAJBJC as described.
This is the basic tutorial with older parts from the website: lynxmotion.com/images/html/A4WD1U-guide.html
When this didn’t work I tested the board and I can output to the wheels and control them through Ardunio via code.
The controller seems to connect as I get two steady red lights when pressing the analogue button. The connection seems to hold.
Having read though forums I have found people with similar problems and have tried many thing including the following:
Attaching to new pins and altering the code to match.
Trying jumpers ABC on/off
Trying different version of PS2 library
Writing my own basic ‘press a button put on a light’ test program
Changing the library delay as described in one post but was already included in later libraries
I’m now stuck.
Any advice as what to try next?
Thanks in advance.
