I am looking to wire the Lynxmotion PS2 Controller receiver into my Raspberry Pi 3B, to use with retropie. I have a 3.5" display that occupies about 2/3rds of the GPIO pins, so I’m looking for assistance as to how to hook up the receiver and if there are any “drivers” or software I would need to make that work with emulation station?
@darkangel Welcome to the RobotShop Community. Lynxmotion doesn’t have any official guides for connecting a PS2 to a Raspberry Pi. The easier method would be to opt for a wired PS2 controller which connects via USB. If you want to go wireless, there are some PS2 (receiver) to USB adapter boards out there still.
